Israeli Killed,Three Injured in West Bank Attack

At least one Israeli citizen died and three sustained injuries in a ramming and stabbing attack at a junction in the occupied West Bank on Tuesday,Israeli emergency services report.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) state the attack unfolded as a vehicle ramming followed by a stabbing at Gush Etzion Junction.

A paramedic with Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel’s emergency response service, Elad Pas, confirmed one man died at the scene from a severe stab wound. Pas also reported one woman remains in serious condition, while two others suffered moderate injuries.

IDF soldiers eliminated two “terrorists” at the attack site, according to the military.

The IDF stated, “Several explosive materials were found in the vehicle used by the terrorists, and are currently being neutralized by Israel Border Police bomb disposal specialists.”

Israeli opposition Leader Yair Lapid described the attack as “severe,” noting it claimed “the life of a young Israeli citizen.”
