Jack White released his seventh studio album, Frozen Charlotte, via his own record label, Third Man Records. The record is comprised of 13 songs where blues guitars guide the listener into a rock and roll experience. The sound of this material is clearly influenced by the strident and frenetic energy of its predecessor, No Name.

Clarifying Misinformation Regarding ‘Frozen Charlotte’

Jack White has released an album titled Frozen Charlotte. The cover of Frozen Charlotte features a porcelain doll of the same name, which lost its head and obtained a blue skull in its place. “A piece of old plaster from the 40s fell over my recording studio. Its head fell off, so I took a blue percussion shaker that was shaped like a skull and glued it on. I painted the body white and, suddenly, a new character that I called ‘Frozen Charlotte’ came to life,” White wrote in an Instagram post.
