Jack Wilshere Jokes About Tottenham’s Relegation Battle
Tottenham Hotspur is precariously close to the Premier League relegation zone and former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere hasn’t missed the opportunity to comment on their struggles.

Wilshere’s Comments Ahead of Luton Town Match
Wilshere, currently managing Luton Town in EFL League One, was asked about the possibility of Tottenham being relegated during a press conference before Luton’s match against Reading.
“My dream is to coach Luton in the Championship. I watched a bit of Tottenham’s game last night and I’ve said this often – and believe it or not – many members of my family are Tottenham fans,” Wilshere stated, as quoted by Sky Sports.
“Over the years we’ve joked about it, but right now my dream is to coach Luton in the Championship and maybe against Tottenham,” he continued.
A History of Rivalry
Wilshere has a well-documented history of animosity towards Tottenham. He famously insulted the club publicly during Arsenal’s FA Cup victory parade.
Luton Town’s Championship Ambitions
