  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners, including Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives, and Directors within the Investor Advice Solutions division.
  • Developing Others: Sharing extensive financial services experience with team members, many of whom hold CFP® or CFA® designations.
  • Change Management: Developing and implementing strategies to meet asset and service targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring client interactions and providing coaching to enhance service and advice quality, ensuring compliance and administrative tasks are completed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the Senior Regional Manager position must possess:

  • A CFP® or CFA® designation (a two-year condition of employment may be considered).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • An active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
  • An active and valid FINRA 66 license (a 120-day condition of employment may be considered).
  • An active and valid FINRA 9/10 license (a 120-day condition of employment may be considered).
  • Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience (strongly preferred).

Compensation and Benefits
