HealthTrust Appoints Jocelyn Bradshaw as President of GPO Operations
Nashville, Tenn. – February 23, 2026 – HealthTrust Performance Group, a leading healthcare performance improvement organization, announced the promotion of Jocelyn Bradshaw to President of GPO Operations. Bradshaw, previously Chief Operating Officer of GPO Operations, will now lead all strategy and execution of daily operations for the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).
Leadership Transition and Responsibilities
This appointment follows Michael Berryhill’s elevation to President of GPO Operations in October 2023. In her new role, Bradshaw will be responsible for the overall strategy and day-to-day management of the GPO, which is central to HealthTrust’s supply chain optimization efforts for its members.
Extensive Experience at HealthTrust
Bradshaw has held senior leadership positions at HealthTrust for over a decade, overseeing operational activities including member operations and sourcing, both domestically and internationally. Her experience encompasses contract administration, customer service, pharmacy programs, and the management of the company’s private-label product business. She was initially appointed Chief Operating Officer of GPO Operations, effective June 1, 2024, after serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing. HealthTrust announced her initial promotion in June 2024.

Bradshaw’s Career Background
Bradshaw brings more than 30 years of healthcare and supply chain leadership experience to the role. Prior to joining HealthTrust, she held senior positions at MedAssets (The Broadlane Group), Johnson & Johnson Medical, and CCS Medical. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
