Josephine Hall nee Lawless Passes Away at 62
Josephine Hall nee Lawless, a cherished member of the Ballyvary, Castlebar community, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 4, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at The Galway Clinic. She was 62 years old.
Family and Legacy
Josephine is survived by her husband, PJ. sons Kieran, and daughters Nicola, Sandra, and Tracey; sisters Pauline (McEllin) and Geraldine (Doherty); brothers Danny, Tony, and Kieran; daughter-in-law Sandy; sons-in-law Sean and David; grandchildren Jack, Caoimhe, Bethany, and Jamie; and an extensive network of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
She is predeceased by her parents, Tony and Bridie Lawless, of Castlebar.
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing at Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2026. A Funeral Mass will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 1:30 PM in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, and St. Joseph’s Church, Bohola, followed by burial in Bohola Cemetery.
The Funeral Mass will be available for viewing via ChurchTV. The family has requested private mourning and asks for inquiries to be directed to Clarke Funeral Directors Bohola.
