The film The Wizard of the Kremlin is an adaptation of the French bestseller The Magician of the Kremlin.
According to Bioscop,the film’s Czech distributor,Jude Law explained he accepted the role because the story is bright and presents events with feeling and respect. “We weren’t looking for controversy just for the sake of it,” Law stated.
