Chechen leader Ramzan kadyrov threatened Ukraine on his Telegram channel with a swift response – “from tomorrow to a week” – following an attack on high-rise buildings in central Grozny.
“Unlike them, we will not launch cowardly strikes against civilian targets. Our attacks will be aimed at the military terrorist targets of the ukrainian Nazis.Wait!” Kadyrov wrote.

According to Kadyrov, the attack on Grozny “makes absolutely no tactical sense and no logic,” and he asserted that Chechens “cannot be intimidated by any blows or explosions.” He stated there were no casualties and promised to repair the damaged building.
Last night, Kadyrov announced that a drone had attacked one of the buildings in the Grozny-city complex. In response, he vowed a “personal gift” to Ukraine.
