Cenat’s Streamer University Returns With 120-Student Roster
Kai Cenat has officially relaunched his “Streamer University” initiative. The project, which debuted via his YouTube and Twitch channels on July 6, sets out to provide mentorship and practical experience to aspiring content creators. Following a competitive audition process held in New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, the program has locked in a 26-person staff and 120-student roster for the 2026 academic year.

High-Profile Appointments to the 2026 Faculty
Cenat has recruited high-profile entertainment figures to serve as instructors and department heads.
Grammy-winning artist Lizzo joins the faculty as a professor, focusing her curriculum on stage presence, personal brand development, and creative performance. She made her own streaming debut in 2025 and has previously appeared on Cenat’s broadcasts.
T-Pain takes the role of Club Director of the Musical Arts Department. He brings extensive experience from both the music industry and the streaming space, having operated his own gaming organization, Nappy Boy Gaming, since its inception. He has been a consistent presence on Twitch since 2016.
Duke Dennis, a fellow member of the Any Means Possible (AMP) group, returns as a professor. He focuses on the mechanics of unscripted, live audience interaction—a skill set he developed over a decade of creating gaming and lifestyle content.
A Diverse Class of Emerging and Established Talent
The 2026 class consists of 120 students selected through a multi-city audition process that drew thousands of applicants. The roster includes a mix of established entertainers transitioning into new media and emerging creators.
Notable students include actress Skai Jackson, known for her roles in Jessie and Bunk’d, who has recently gained attention for her work with AI-generated media. Platinum-selling singer Queen Naija also joins the program, returning to her digital media roots alongside her partner, creator Clarence White.
The cohort further includes Jeremiah Brown, a Love Island USA (Season 7) personality and TikTok’s Rising Star of the Year, who aims to develop his background in lifestyle and IRL streaming. Rapper and reality television star DreamDoll has also signed on. Following the announcement, DreamDoll confirmed her participation via Instagram, citing the program as an opportunity to refine her brand and learn from fellow creators.
Formalizing the Business of Content Creation
Streamer University serves as a centralized hub for content creators to network and receive mentorship. While specific details regarding the physical campus and the full academic calendar remain forthcoming, the initiative represents a formal effort by Cenat to standardize the professional development of streamers.
The application process required in-person attendance at audition events in major media markets. Interested parties can monitor the official Streamer University website for ongoing updates regarding campus logistics and curriculum announcements.
