KCRAR and Heartland MLS: A Regional Overview
The Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® (KCRAR) serves REALTORS® in the Greater Kansas City area and operates the Heartland Multiple Listing Service (Heartland MLS). KCRAR has grown to include 34 counties since its formation in 2001 through the merger of the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of REALTORS® in Missouri and the Johnson County Board of REALTORS® in Kansas. Heartland MLS has been a trusted source of real estate information in the region since 1993.
Leadership at KCRAR and Heartland MLS
Kipp Cooper, RCE, serves as the CEO of both KCRAR and Heartland MLS. He has been instrumental in modernizing MLS practices and driving technological advancements in the sector since 2015. Cooper’s leadership has overseen strategic mergers with several regional associations, expanding KCRAR’s reach.
