Peru’s right-wing presidential candidate Keiko Fujimori holds a 50.12% share of the vote with 99.86% of ballots counted in the June 7 runoff, according to the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE). With 131 remaining tally sheets—equating to approximately 39,000 votes—remaining, the electoral authority has stated it will not declare a winner until mid-July, Reuters reports
