The 5,181-square-foot home was originally listed for $5.85 million on October 30, 2025, according to Redfin.com. The purchase comes after Hernández signed a one-year, $4.5 million contract to return to the Dodgers for the 2026 season.

Hernández’s Current Status

While rejoining the Dodgers, Hernández is currently recovering from left elbow surgery and is not expected to return to play until May, as reported by Sports Illustrated. He briefly rejoined Team Puerto Rico during World Baseball Classic pool play but is focused on his rehabilitation.
