“Knights of Sidonia” is a masterpiece by Tsutomu Nihei, a manga artist who has received high acclaim from all over the world, including the comics “Doll Country” and “BLAME!”. It won the Kodansha Manga Award and the Seiun Award, and recorded high sales in Japan. Polygon Pictures made the same comic into a TV animation to commemorate its 30th anniversary. It became the first Japanese anime to be distributed around the world, won numerous awards, and became a hot topic in both comics and anime.
