KPK Seizes Rp 800 Million From Hercules in Summarecon Land Case
Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) has seized Rp 800 million in cash related to an ongoing bribery investigation involving PT Summarecon Agung Tbk and land rights management in Bogor. The funds were seized from Hercules Rosario Marshal, the leader of GRIB Jaya. The funds were handed over to investigators at the Merah Putih Building by Hercules’s legal counsel, NMB, according to KPK statements released on October 15, 2026.
Investigation Details and Alleged Land Bribery
Investigators state that the Rp 800 million originated from PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (PT SMC) and was received by Hercules regarding land management in Bogor. The money was allegedly connected to requests from PT Summarecon for the unfreezing and processing of Building Rights Titles (HGB), involving suspected bribery of officials within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo commended the legal team’s handover as a cooperative gesture that aids investigators in mapping out the full scope of the conspiracy.
Eight Suspects in ATR/BPN Corruption Probe
The seizure forms part of a wider corruption probe that originated from operations conducted in September 2026. KPK has formally named eight suspects in the bribery scheme tied to PT Summarecon’s HGB processing and related personnel practices within the ministry. The suspects include:

- Lampri, Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Ordering at ATR/BPN
- Sontang Coin Manurung, Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I
- Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk
- Rizal Pahlevi, a private sector actor
- Arif Sugiyanto, former Regent of Kebumen
- Fahd El Fouz (Fahd A Rafiq), a Golkar Party politician
- Erwin, a private sector actor
- Muhammad Fakhry, a private sector actor
Investigators allege that several individuals among the accused acted as intermediaries or financial collectors for land management dealings. During the broader investigation of the Ministry, the anti-graft agency previously secured a total of Rp106,3 miliar in cash and foreign currency stashed across twenty suitcases, boxes, and bags.
