A Floating Stage for Rural Waterways
The Kulturfloß Peene brings live music to 14 locations along the Peene river in Germany through mid-August.
The River Corridor Route
The floating cultural raft travels along the Peene river corridor to bring accessible performances directly to local waterways and communities.
Six musical acts are booked for the summer series, which includes stops in Trittelwitz, Loitz, Alt Plestlin, Liepen, Menzlin, and Anklam.
Opening Night and the Finale
The opening performance takes place on a Thursday in Gravelotte, featuring the Leipzig-based indie folk band Jante.
The season concludes in mid-August with a final performance by the Bagaloots, returning to Gravelotte for the closing event. Complete schedule details and date announcements are maintained on the official Kulturfloß Peene Facebook page.
Waterways Meet Live Performance
Concerts are staged directly at water hiking rest areas and regional harbors, allowing both land-based audiences and water travelers to access the shows.
