Dubai – February 15 (KUNA) – Kuwaiti racer Rashid Al-Dawas achieved a new achievement by achieving third place in the Stock Class category and fourth place in the GP1 category in the second round of the UAE Jet Ski Championship, organized by the Dubai International Marine Sports Club.
Al-Dawas told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) after the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday that achieving third place in the Stock Class category and fourth place in the GP1 category came as a result of good preparation and continuous work in the recent period, stressing that the competitions witnessed a high level with the participation of an elite group of the most prominent racers from the Gulf countries and other countries.
He added that he aspires to continue achieving advanced results in the coming rounds, stressing that the support he receives from sports authorities in Kuwait constitutes a great motivation to continue representing the country in an honorable manner and raising the Kuwaiti flag in international forums.
This achievement is a new addition to the record of Kuwaiti participation in jet ski championships and confirms the continued presence of Kuwaiti champions in regional and international competitions and the achievement of honorable results that raise Kuwait’s name in sports forums.
The Dubai International Waterbike Championship began yesterday, Saturday, and concluded today in the Emirate of Dubai, and was organized by the Dubai International Marine Sports Club, with the participation of competitors from several countries in different categories, amid a strong competitive atmosphere.
