Sarunu Festivals LAMPA 2026: Call for Catering and Beverage Vendors

The Sarunu Festivals LAMPA, a prominent conversation festival in Latvia, is now accepting applications from catering and beverage vendors for its 2026 event. This year’s festival will take place on July 10-11 in Cēsis, Latvia and organizers emphasize the importance of providing a high-quality and diverse culinary experience for attendees.

Application Process and Timeline

Vendors will be selected through a competitive process. Registration is open from March 2 to March 31, 2026, with results announced by April 13, 2026. Applicants must complete a participation form detailing their planned menu and price list, sales point dimensions, technical requirements, and visual design.

Vendor Categories and Expectations

Each year, LAMPA hosts over 20 merchants across four categories:

• Catering
• Snacks and Ice Cream
• Soft Drinks (with or without snacks)
• Light Alcoholic Drinks (up to 14% by volume)

Organizers prioritize a diverse offering catering to various tastes and dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and child-friendly options. All caterers are expected to offer at least one meal priced at or below 8 euros to ensure accessibility for all visitors.

Sustainability Requirements

Sustainability is a core value of the LAMPA festival. All participating vendors are required to participate in the deposit vessel system and replace single-use plastics with environmentally friendly alternatives. Additional expectations include waste sorting, providing data for statistical purposes, and accepting both cash and card payments.

Benefits of Participation

LAMPA offers vendors a sales point in one of two designated catering areas, along with organizational and technical support throughout the festival. With an anticipated attendance of 18,000-20,000 visitors over two days, the festival provides significant exposure and networking opportunities.
