Lead DSM has announced the participants and mentors selected for its 2026 Community Connect program, a five-session initiative that began on Jan. 20. The program links participants’ exploration of personal purpose with opportunities for community engagement across Greater Des Moines. Guided by local mentors, participants learn to connect their interests to meaningful civic involvement, often leading to service on nonprofit boards and participation in local initiatives.
