- Supporting the internal coaching community by facilitating quarterly meetings, providing resources, and coordinating coach and coachee matching.
- Managing program alumni engagement and ongoing participant relationships.
- Supporting annual data privacy reviews and compliance activities for leadership development programs.
- Consulting with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and support the design, development, and implementation of effective learning solutions.
Qualifications and Candidate Requirements
Applicants must possess a degree or equivalent experience, alongside a background in coordinating programs, learning and development initiatives, leadership development programs, training operations, HR projects, or related business programs, according to Caterpillar. The machinery manufacturer also requires strong project and program management skills to handle multiple priorities, budgets, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Compensation and Employment Terms
