1.Registration and conclusion of contract
Registration for an offer (excursion/event) from the SRF Kulturclub is made in writing or online and is binding. By registering, the participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation. The contract is only concluded once participation has been confirmed by the SRF Kulturclub. The general terms and conditions of the tour operator apply to SRF Kulturclub trips.
As a rule, the offers are limited. the SRF Kulturclub considers bookings in the order in which thay are received.
2.Price data
The prices stated are in Swiss francs (CHF), including the statutory VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors and make price changes.
3. Payment Terms
The invoice will be issued after registration. The invoice must be paid within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the invoice, but at the latest before
