Oasis Reunion Tour Captured in New Book, Proceeds Benefit Teenage Cancer Trust
A new book, The Oasis Live ’25 Opus, chronicles the recent reunion tour of the iconic Britpop band Oasis, offering fans a behind-the-scenes look at the performances and the atmosphere surrounding the highly anticipated comeback. The book features photographs by Simon Emmett, who also captured the initial announcement image of Liam and Noel Gallagher together.
Emmett described the reaction to the initial reunion photograph as signaling “the beginning of something,” emphasizing the genuine connection between the brothers and the joy experienced by both the band and their fans during the tour as reported by RTÉ.
Documenting a Historic Reunion
The Oasis Live ’25 Opus will be available in four different editions starting in May 2026. Each edition includes a foreword penned by Simon Emmett. A special Supernova Edition, numbered 001, will be auctioned off to benefit the Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity Oasis previously supported in 2002 according to RTÉ.
The auction is scheduled to take place at the Legends Ball at Grosvenor House on November 19th.
A Return After 15 Years
The Oasis reunion tour was announced in August 2024, marking the band’s first performances together in 15 years, following a split in 2009 triggered by a backstage altercation at the Rock en Seine festival as detailed by Rolling Stone.
