To maintain logistics, starting from February 7, daily train No. 213/214 Kharkov – Sumy with stops in Lyubotin, Bogodukhov, Kirikovka and Trostyanets is scheduled. A regional emergency has been officially declared in the energy sector of Kharkov and the region
This status, among other things, allows regions to join the state program “SvitloDim”, which provides for the provision of from 100 to 300 thousand UAH for equipment for energy autonomy of apartment buildings. Homeowners associations, housing and service cooperatives can apply. The program does not apply to houses of communal ownership. For now, it operates only in the Kyiv region, and in the future it should work in all communities where an emergency in the energy sector has been officially recorded.

According to the Kharkov regional prosecutor’s office, the director of the enterprise played a leading role. She involved her deputy and four heads of structural units in the scheme. The deal was valid from July 2022 to November 2025.
“Officials looked for those willing, registered them for various production and technical positions, after which they received from the “workers” access to bank cards on which wages were charged. At the same time, the men were given a deferment from mobilization,” law enforcement officers said.
At the same time, in fact, the “workers” did not even show up at their workplaces. Despite this, they were paid monthly wages, which were then appropriated by the defendants, law enforcement officers specified.
It was established that over the entire period, officials seized almost 1.8 million hryvnia.
Investigators reported suspicion to the defendants.

As a result of the impact, a 48-year-old man suffered a closed explosive injury and acubarotrauma. He was hospitalized, the head of the Zolochiv PVA Viktor Kovalenko told MG “Objective”.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine said that as a result of the hit, a fire occurred at the gas station. Rescuers quickly put out the fire.
“The fire and rescue units of the State Emergency Service, as well as a medical crew and a community rescue officer worked at the scene of the incident under the constant threat of repeated enemy shelling,” the State Emergency Service added.

Left homeless in Zolochiv region: an elderly man was evacuated by rescuers
Rescuers from the regional department of the State Emergency Service in the Kharkov region rescued a 60-year-old man from a dangerous area of the Zolochiv community. According to the State Emergency Service, a local resident was left homeless as a result of Russian shelling.
“The following people took part in the evacuation efforts: a community rescue officer, a rescuer from the 4th State Fire and Rescue Squad and a driver of a special rescue squad,” the rescuers said.

Sinegubov: three children suffered from Russian shelling
Kharkov and nine settlements in the region were shelled by the Russians within 24 hours, reports the head of the KhOVA Oleg Sinegubov.
“In the village. Zolochev injured a 44-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman, two 3-year-old boys and a 6-year-old boy; in the village A 68-year-old woman was injured in Dubovka Dergachiv community,” wrote the head of the KhOVA.
Within 24 hours, the Russians fired the following weapons across the region:
- four KABs;
- UAV type “Geran-2”;
- two unmanned aerial vehicles of the “Lancet” type;
- six Molniya-type UAVs;
- four fpv drones;
- 12 UAVs (type to be determined).
As a result of shelling in Kharkov, three high-rise buildings, two cars and a service station were damaged; in the Bogodukhovsky district, the enemy fired at private houses and cars.
“In the Kupyansky district, a private house was damaged (Novonikolaevka village); in the Kharkov region, a private house (Dubovka village) and electrical networks (Bobrovka village) were damaged; in the Chuguevsky district, a private house was damaged (the village of Khotomlya),” added Sinegubov.

During the day, rescuers went out to put out 11 fires in Kharkov and the region, two of them started as a result of Russian shelling. The fire raged in the Bogodukhovsky and Chuguevsky districts after the “arrivals”.
“In the village of Zolochev, Bogodukhovsky district, an enemy FPV drone hit a passenger car, causing it to catch fire over an area of two square meters. A private residential building was also damaged. Unfortunately, five people, including three children, suffered an acute stress reaction,” wrote the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkov region.
Meanwhile, in the village of Khotomlya in the Chuguev region, after a UAV strike, a private house and outbuilding caught fire. The fire covered 40 square meters. There is no information about casualties.

“The event occurred on February 10 at 05:27 in the Kholodnogorsk district of Kharkov. A burnt extension to a private house with an area of six square meters. The alarm was announced in Kharkov at 00:04 – Russian UAVs flew into the region, reported in the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Soon, some residents of Kharkov heard an explosion. There was no information about the “arrival”. Air defense probably went off in the suburbs. After which, Ukrainian defenders several more times recorded drones flying towards the city. The all clear was given at 02:04. And already at 02:31 the alarm was renewed – drones flew into the Kharkov region again. At 03:10 the alarm all cleared in Kharkov. However, soon KABs flew to the region.
Until the morning, KABs and drones periodically flew into the region; the alarm in Kharkov has been sounded since 03:45.
