Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike is the most advanced gaming mouse in the Swiss manufacturer’s range. It’s the first ever to promise analog switches, like some keyboards already have, and haptic feedback.
The company introduced it already in the fall, but it is only now starting to be sold. The G Pro X2 Superstrike is available in the manufacturer’s e-shop for a recommended price of CZK 4,459. Alza and Datart have initial exclusivity in Czech stores, the starting price is 4399 CZK.

Until now, conventional mice knew only two button states, because the contacts were either closed or not. Superstrike uses coils that generate an electromagnetic field, so it can measure how hard or how deep the switch is pressed. According to Logitech, it recognizes 10 actuation levels and 5 click reset levels.
The most demanding professional shooters or strategy players will be able to set the best possible sensitivity and click speed. The company promises that the response will decrease by up to 30 milliseconds with this mouse, but does not say what it compares the new mouse to. And thanks to the haptic response, the user will feel the click, even if the switch does not physically hit anything.
The mouse also uses a Hero 2 optical sensor with a resolution of 100 to 44,000 dpi, 88G acceleration and 888 IPS. With the Lightspeed wireless receiver, it reaches up to 8000Hz polling rate, so the mouse sends the position to the computer every 0.125 ms. In all respects, these are top values, or even record-breaking. Durability is not the best, but 90 hours of active use is a good number for a high-end mouse with these parameters.
The Logitech measures 118 x 61 x 39 mm and weighs 65 grams. In addition to the two main buttons, it also has a clickable wheel and two buttons on the left side. It is fully programmable, it can store up to five user profiles.
