Brignone’s story teaches us to never give up: «As an athlete, it’s something that affects you. It makes you think: “ok, no matter how many problems you have to overcome, you can still manage to win an Olympic gold”. And so I say to myself: “if she managed to win the Olympics after everything she went through, why can’t I do it?” Everything is possible».
A Los Angeles 2028 there are still more than two years to go, but the new Olympic challenge has already appeared in Elisa’s mind: «Of course, I think about it, it would be the dream of dreams. But you don’t live on dreams: you have to pedal, train, achieve good results and in the meantime earn the call-up. Then we’ll see».
