LOVB Pro Playoffs Head to Louisville and Los Angeles
Louisville, Kentucky, and the Los Angeles area will host the League One Volleyball (LOVB) Pro Playoffs and Championship in April 2026, bringing world-class professional volleyball to both cities. Tickets for the LOVB Pro Playoffs in Louisville are currently available at LOVB.com/Playoffs.
LOVB Pro Playoffs: Louisville, April 10-12
The LOVB Pro Playoffs, the semifinal rounds of the postseason tournament, will take place from April 10-12 at Freedom Hall in Louisville. WDRB reports that the event coincides with the JVA World Challenge, one of the nation’s largest junior volleyball tournaments.
The top four teams from the regular season will compete in a two-match series format: No. 1 vs. No. 4, and No. 2 vs. No. 3. Should a series be tied after two matches, a golden set to 15 points will be played immediately following the second match to determine the winner. LOVB details this playoff structure.
LOVB Championship: Los Angeles, April 16-18
The winners of the LOVB Playoffs will advance to the LOVB Championship, which will be held on April 16 and 18 in the Los Angeles area. The venue for the Championship is yet to be announced. OurSportsCentral notes that Los Angeles is home to LOVB’s new expansion team, LOVB Los Angeles, and the event will serve as a launchpad toward the LA28 Summer Olympic Games in 2028.
