Weather specialists advise the public to monitor local updates closely, as sudden heavy rainfall could lead to localized flash floods in low-lying areas and urban drainage systems.

Southern regions will also feel the effects of the weather disturbance. Pagasa weather reports indicate that the Visayas, Mindanao, and parts of Southern Luzon will experience persistent rainy conditions driven by the same LPA trough.
Forecasters Track Twin Systems Inside Jurisdiction
Weather forecasters are monitoring two low-pressure areas currently located inside or near the country’s jurisdiction. According to SunStar Publishing, Pagasa weather specialists have evaluated both systems and concluded that neither LPA possesses a high probability of intensifying into a tropical depression or storm in the immediate term. Despite their low chance of development, these weather systems carry significant moisture capable of producing widespread precipitation across multiple island groups over the next few days.
