Suspected Drug Waste Dumped in Den Bosch Prompts Examination and Road Closure
Den Bosch, Netherlands – December 9, 2025 – Authorities are investigating the illegal dumping of approximately one hundred jerry cans containing suspected drug waste discovered on the Empelsedijk, located on the outskirts of Den bosch, on Tuesday morning. The discovery has led to the closure of a section of the road as environmental assessments are conducted.
Police reported finding the containers at two separate locations along the empelsedijk, with some barrels located within a ditch. The origin of the waste and the circumstances surrounding the dumping are currently under investigation.
