Among the highlights was the launch of the Manipur Seed and Organic Certification Agency (MASOCA), which is designed to streamline the certification process for organic produce and seeds. Another major development was the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the Department of Agriculture and the Central Agricultural University.
