Megan Fox Opens Up About Extensive Plastic Surgery Journey

Megan Fox, the actress who rose to fame in the 2007 film Transformers, has publicly discussed her history with plastic surgery, revealing multiple procedures she’s undergone. Her openness came during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she aimed to destigmatize cosmetic procedures.

Early Procedures and Breast Surgeries

Fox revealed she had her first breast augmentation at the age of 21 or 22, between the filming of the first and second Transformers movies. She subsequently had the procedure redone after breastfeeding her children, noting that her breast size diminished afterward. More recently, she underwent a third breast surgery to replace her implants due to rippling, opting for a 32D implant size, aiming for what she described as “1990s stripper t*tties.”

Procedures Foregone and Facial Work

Despite considering certain procedures, Fox stated she has never had a facelift, mid facelift, lateral brow lift, or regular brow lift. She also expressed skepticism towards thread lifts, fearing they might interfere with potential future facelift options. She has also never had buccal fat removal or liposuction, stating she prefers to add fat rather than remove it.

Fox also disclosed having a rhinoplasty in her early 20s, acknowledging that she has been falsely accused of undergoing six to eight nose surgeries.

Addressing Body Image and Dysmorphophobia

The actress shared that she has never felt comfortable in her own body, admitting, “There was never a point in my life where I loved my body, never.” She also revealed a previous diagnosis of dysmorphophobia, a condition characterized by a distorted body image, where individuals perceive flaws that are not objectively visible. She explained in a previous interview with Sports Illustrated that she “never see[s] myself the way other people see me.”

Recent Social Media Return and Public Image

After deleting all her Instagram posts following her split from Machine Gun Kelly at the end of 2024, Fox recently returned to the platform, sharing NSFW images from a photoshoot. In the photos, she is seen wearing a black thong, black t-shirt, suspenders, and heels. She responded to a fan comment calling her a “clone” with a defiant, “B***h a clone could never,” a quip that garnered over 48,000 likes.
