Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand, As Ever, is launching a limited-edition holiday advent calendar featuring handcrafted chocolates and an illustration of the Sussex family’s Montecito, California mansion. Preorders for the keepsake box open on October 1, 2026, marking the brand’s largest collaboration yet with gourmet Los Angeles chocolatier Compartés.
As Ever and Compartés Partner on Montecito-Themed Holiday Calendar
The upcoming advent calendar contains 24 handcrafted chocolates designed to sweeten each day of the holiday season, according to product details shared in an As Ever newsletter reported by Town & Country. The packaging features a navy blue exterior and an interior illustration of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s California home during a holiday scene.
Design elements on the box nod directly to the couple’s Montecito property. The artwork includes the two palm trees located in their backyard—which also appear in the As Ever logo—as well as numerous chickens from their property. According to an email sent to potential buyers by As Ever and cited by the Express, the chocolates feature numbered labels in what appears to be Meghan’s handwriting, with production designed to ship in November ahead of the festive season.

Expanding a Growing Partnership
The holiday launch builds on an established commercial relationship between the two brands. As Ever and Compartés first teamed up in December 2025 before collaborating again on a Valentine’s Day collection earlier this year. The advent calendar represents their most extensive joint project to date.
The focus on the Montecito mansion comes as the family splits time across properties. While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex returned to the UK at the end of August with their children, Prince Archie, seven, and five-year-old Princess Lilibet, they maintain ownership of both their California home and a vacation property in Portugal. Describing the Montecito residence in a 2022 profile with The Cut, Meghan noted that the home provided an immediate sense of calm and healing.
UK Stay and Recent Visits
A representative for the couple clarified to the New York Times that their relocation to the UK is currently planned as a short-term arrangement for the autumn. The representative stated that the family wanted their children to spend extended time in the country, which remains an important part of their family history. The exact duration of their stay remains unconfirmed.
Friends have begun visiting the family following their return. Kelly Zajfen, a close friend of Meghan, shared a post on Instagram after visiting the home, thanking people for offering a warm welcome during her trip.
