Metallica Announces Additional Dates for “Life Burns Faster” Residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas
Metallica is expanding its “Life Burns Faster” residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas with six new dates, bringing the total number of shows to 20. The residency, which began with an initial eight-show run, will now continue through February 2027.
New Dates Announced
The newly added dates are February 4th & 6th, 18th & 20th, and 25th & 27th, 2027. These shows follow the band’s “No Repeat Weekend” tradition, meaning no songs will be repeated during the Thursday and Saturday performances.
Ticket Information
Fan club pre-sales began on Monday, March 2nd, with Legacy Members (codes starting with MLS) gaining access to travel package pre-sales on February 27th at 10 AM ET / 7 AM PT, and all other ticket pre-sales starting on March 2nd at 10 AM ET / 7 AM PT. Fifth Members (codes starting with MFS or MNC) had travel package pre-sales on February 27th at 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT, and all other ticket pre-sales on March 2nd at 2 PM ET / 11 AM PT. General ticket sales begin on Friday, March 6th at 10 AM PT via Ticketmaster.
Enhanced Experiences and Packages
Metallica is offering a variety of enhanced experiences, including meet-and-greets, onstage photo opportunities, and exclusive access to the Black Box Experience. Full House Ticket Holders have the opportunity to attend every Metallica show at The Sphere in 2026. Travel packages, available through Vibee.com, include tickets to both Thursday and Saturday shows, a three-night stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas or Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, limited-edition merchandise, and concierge service. Diamond and Signature editions offer additional perks like priority entry and luxury transportation.
