Team Canada at the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics: Day 13 Schedule & Key Events
February 18, 2026 – Although Day 13 at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics may not feature a large number of events for Team Canada fans, it includes several significant competitions, most notably the gold medal game in women’s hockey.
Curling
The round robin stage concludes today for Team Jacobs, who will face Norway at 3:05 a.m. ET. Following this match, they will await their semifinal opponent, with the playoff game scheduled for 1:05 p.m. ET. The winners of both semifinal games will compete for the gold medal.
Team Homan faces a crucial game against South Korea at 8:05 a.m. ET. A win is essential for Team Homan to secure a playoff berth. Canada, South Korea, and the United States all hold 5-3 records, but the United States currently has the tiebreaker advantage due to their head-to-head victory over Canada.
Freestyle Skiing
Due to anticipated inclement weather, the qualification round and final for men’s aerials have been postponed to Thursday. However, the qualification rounds for men’s and women’s ski halfpipe remain on the schedule.
Dylan Marineau, Brendan Mackay, and Andrew Longino will compete in the first men’s qualification run at 4:30 a.m. ET, followed by the second run at 5:27 a.m. ET. Rachael Karker, Cassie Sharpe, Amy Fraser, and Dillan Glennie will participate in the first women’s qualification run at 1:30 p.m. ET, with the second run at 2:27 p.m. ET. The top 12 athletes from each event, based on their best scores across both runs, will advance to the finals.
Hockey
The highly anticipated gold medal game in women’s hockey will see Team Canada face off against Team USA at 1:10 p.m. ET. Team Canada’s roster includes captain Marie-Philip Poulin, along with assistant captains Blayre Turnbull and Renata Fast.
