The road was closed as deputies and the Moscow Police Department investigated the situation. Residents in the surrounding area were advised to use Palouse River Dr. Or Lenville Road to access Hwy 8 during the closure. LCSO announced the reopening of the road at 1:42 p.m. Local time, confirming one arrest had been made.
