Concerto Budapest’s Annual Mozart Day Returns in 2026

Concerto Budapest will once again celebrate the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with its annual Mozart Day, a day-long series of concerts dedicated to the composer’s work. The event, a tradition since 2018, will take place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, featuring three distinct concerts throughout the day.

A Celebration of Mozart’s Diverse Output

Mozart Day showcases the breadth of Mozart’s compositions, spanning symphonic works, concertos, and chamber music. Each concert program offers a unique perspective on his musical genius, appealing to both seasoned classical music enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Concert Schedule: March 8, 2026

• Opening Concert (5:00 PM EST): The day begins with a performance featuring a diverse selection of Mozart’s works.
• Chamber Concert (9:10 AM EST): This concert focuses on Mozart’s chamber music, offering an intimate and nuanced exploration of his compositions.
• Closing Concert (1:40 PM EST): The final concert of the day presents a symphonic and concerto repertoire.
