The first call arrived at approximately 9:40 a.m. regarding The Mother’s International School located in Hauz Khas. Subsequent calls came in at 10:35 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. concerning Navy Children School in Chanakyapuri and Bal Bharti School in Rohini, respectively.
