Examination Underway Following Revelation of Man’s Body Near Nivki, Belarus

Following a search operation, the body of Ivan Mikulich, a 66-year-old resident of Molodechno, Belarus, was discovered on December 15, 2025, near the village of Balashi in the Vileyka region. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
Disappearance and Search Efforts
Mikulich was reported missing after failing to reach his destination on December 13, 2025. He was traveling by train from molodechno to Nivki, within the Knyagininsky village council. When he did not arrive and ceased communication, his family alerted authorities.
Operatives from the Myadel District Department of Internal Affairs conducted search operations,ultimately locating Mikulich’s body approximately four kilometers from Nivki,near a road in the village of Balashi.
