Nashville Council Member Sues Businessman for $40 Million

Metro Nashville Council member Joy kimbrough has filed a $40 million lawsuit against Ryan Moses, CEO of Best Brands Inc., following a public ethics dispute. The lawsuit, filed January 11 in Davidson County Circuit Court, alleges libel, slander, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
