Northern Arizona Women’s Tennis Faces Portland State in Big Sky Match

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (March 20, 2026) – The Northern Arizona University women’s tennis team will continue Big Sky Conference play this weekend against the Portland State Vikings. NAU will host Portland State in its third home match of the season, and the first outdoors, on Sunday, March 22, at the NAU Tennis Center. First serve is scheduled for 10 a.m. MST, and admission is free.

The Lumberjacks enter the match with a 2-5 overall record and a 1-1 mark in Big Sky Conference play, following a 6-1 loss to No. 58 Sacramento State. NAU’s wins this season include 5-2 victories over Weber State and Air Force.

Portland State arrives at the NAU Tennis Center with a 5-4 record and a 1-1 record in Big Sky matches. The Vikings recently secured a narrow 4-3 win over the Montana Grizzlies.
