Navarrete and Nunez to Clash in Super Featherweight Unification Bout
Glendale, Arizona – Tonight, February 28, 2026, Emanuel Navarrete and Eduardo “Sugar” Nunez will face off in a highly anticipated super featherweight unification fight at the Desert Diamond Arena. The bout will unify the WBO and IBF titles in the 130-pound division. The event is scheduled to begin at 8:00 pm ET and will be streamed live on DAZN.1
The Fighters
Emanuel Navarrete (39-2-1, 32 KO) will be defending his WBO super featherweight title.1 He previously had a no-contest ruling in May 2025 against Charlie Suarez due to a cut that was determined to be caused by a punch, not an accidental clash of heads.3
