Luguentz Dort and Jeremiah Fears Fined $25,000 Each for On-Court Altercation

NEW YORK – Oklahoma City Thunder guard luguentz Dort and New Orleans Pelicans guard Jeremiah Fears have each been fined $25,000 by the NBA for their involvement in an on-court altercation following the Thunder’s 104-95 victory over the Pelicans on January 27th at Paycom Center.

The incident occurred promptly after the final buzzer. Dort initially wrapped up Fears after the Pelicans player secured a rebound. Following the play, Dort then shoved fears in the chest, leading to both players aggressively grabbing each other’s jerseys.
