Operating daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the renovated venue now blends traditional cafe service with modern entertainment and future hotel accommodations.
Interior Upgrades and Entertainment Features
Manager Lolita spearheaded comprehensive interior renovations to modernize the space, installing expansive glass windows that look out onto the street. To boost customer engagement, the venue added a dartboard, a flat-screen television mounted on the wall, and a dedicated smoking area. Management also announced plans to host monthly karaoke events.
Dining Menu and Daily Operations
The daily food and beverage service offers items such as iced coffee and traditional Marrakech tea alongside a lunch and dinner menu. Chef Camille runs the kitchen, serving current menu options that include grain bowls, “tasty crousty” dishes featuring seasoned pan-fried chicken over rice, and waffles for dessert. Staff members note that the food offerings will continue to evolve over time.
Upcoming Hotel Reopening
Beyond the ground-floor bar and restaurant, the new ownership group is rehabilitating the upper levels of the building. Several hotel rooms located on the upper floor are undergoing extensive remodeling and are scheduled to welcome overnight guests in the coming months. According to veteran employee Sandrine, who has worked through five previous ownership transitions, the upper-level lodging space gives the downtown establishment a unique advantage as the only operational hotel rooms in that immediate city center zone.
