New Waterfront Homes Arrive in Little Island Amid Housing Scarcity

Residential property in Little Island, Co Cork, has long been characterized by a scarce supply of new builds. That is changing with the introduction of a new development in Clashavodig, featuring waterfront-facing homes designed for modern energy efficiency and high-specification living.
