Southeast Missouri gymnastics Announces 2026 Schedule
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo.- Southeast missouri Gymnastics has finalized the 2026 schedule, the program announced on Monday afternoon.
Entering her eighth season at the helm of SEMO Gymnastics,Head Coach Ashley Lawson had this to say about the schedule: “The 2026 schedule provides our team with a great possibility to challenge ourselves individually and as a team. we are excited to compete twice in the Show Me Center this season which allows us to bring quality programs to Cape Girardeau.The season is right around the corner, and we cannot wait to get started.”
The Gymhawks will compete in 14 total meets, including 11 in the regular season, beginning on Friday, january 9 in Cape Girardeau. SEMO will hold four regular season meets in Cape Girardeau including two at the Show Me Center and two at Houck Field House.
The 2026 season will begin inside the Show Me Center on Friday, January 9 when they host Central Michigan and Fisk marking the first-of-two meets at the Show Me Center.
SEMO will then go on the road to compete in the Windy City Invite on Friday, January 16th in Chicago, Illinois and will face Illinois State, Centenary, Wilberforce, and Fisk University in a five-team meet.
