Born to Chinese parents, Lee says he lived much of his life in solitude, surrounded by “few but good people”, and that he knew himself deeply. Bilingual, speaks to parents only in Cantonese. After the International Scientific High School he dedicated himself to online investments, working from home. For him, cooking is a way to take the family on a journey through the flavors of the world, and his dream remains to open a restaurant serving international and varied cuisine.
The farewell episode
The Masterclass saw Anna Zhang lead the Mystery Box with her favorite ingredients, supported by the judges Bruno Barbieri, Antonino Cannavacciuolo e Giorgio Locatelli. Immediately afterwards, the aspiring chefs faced the Invention Test, a six-handed unique dish that combines the judges’ three philosophies. But the latest Skill Test, conducted by the three Michelin star chef Angel Lionraised the bar: technique, creativity and pressure management were key. (REPORT CARDS)
