Details of the Incident and Charges

In November 2024, Marla Rose, 57, went to Fuentes’ residence days after his address was widely circulated online. This followed Fuentes posting “Your body, My choice. Forever” on X (formerly Twitter) after Donald Trump’s victory in the presidential election. Rose stated she went to the home to investigate rumors of prank deliveries Chicago Tribune. She alleges Fuentes opened the door, pepper-sprayed her, and pushed her down steps.
