“Due to sharp warming and intense snow melting, the region is experiencing an increase in water levels. This led to flooding of the residential sector and household plots in several districts of the region,” noted the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in the Kharkov region.
Cases of flooding were recorded in the Berestinsky, Izium and Kharkov regions.
“Motor pumps, special equipment from the State Emergency Service and municipal equipment were used to pump out water,” the rescuers added.
They say they continue to monitor the situation and provide assistance to residents of the affected areas. Work will continue until the threat is completely eliminated and the situation stabilizes.

The military orchestra of the 5th Slobozhansky brigade “Skif” of the NSU gave a concert in the Kharkov subway. They note that this was a gift to their hometown for Valentine’s Day.

Three people died in domestic fires in the Kharkiv region – State Emergency Service
During the day, rescuers went out to extinguish fires in the region 11 times; two fires started as a result of Russian strikes, reported the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkov region.

The occupiers launched more than 10 UAVs into the Kharkiv region over the past 24 hours: there is a casualty
Over the past 24 hours, seven settlements in the Kharkov region have been subjected to enemy attacks, said the head of the KhOVA Oleg Sinegubov.
“As a result of shelling in the village of Feski, Zolochiv community, a 22-year-old man was injured. Doctors also provided assistance to a 60-year-old woman who was injured as a result of shelling in the village of Zolochev on February 11,” Sinegubov noted.
Over the course of 24 hours, the enemy launched six Geran-2 UAVs in the region, one Molniya, one FPV drone, and the type of three more UAVs is being installed.
As a result of shelling in the village of Klinovo-Novoselovka, three private houses, outbuildings and electrical networks were damaged, a tractor was damaged in the village of Baranovka, and a private house was damaged in Zolochev.
In the village of Prikolotnoye, two private houses were damaged.
In the village of Novaya Kazachya, a car was damaged; in Dergachi, cars and agricultural equipment were damaged.

The night in Kharkov passed without worries
The all-clear sounded in the regional center at 10:34 p.m. After that, no sirens sounded in the city.
However, there was “anxiety” in the region. Around 22:40 in the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about enemy UAVs in the northeastern direction of the region, they were heading north.

Let us remind you that a massive attack by FPV drones on the border of the Kharkov region was carried out by the Russian military on February 13. In the Dergachiv community, at about 9:00, a drone attacked a civilian car moving from Novaya Kazachya towards Slatinoye. There were three locals in the car – two men and a woman. Fortunately, the driver managed to maneuver in time, the people jumped out of the car and remained unharmed, said the head of the GVA, Vyacheslav Zadorenko. At around 11:00, several UAVs simultaneously struck a residential area in Prudyanka, destroying a car and damaging at least five private houses.
In the Zolochiv community, as the head of the PVA Viktor Kovalenko told MG “Objective”, Russian troops attacked the village of Klinovaya-Novoselovka with artillery and FPV drones. A private house there was destroyed, two houses, outbuildings and power grids were damaged. No casualties.
