Olivia Dean brought some international star power to the 2025 ARIA Awards on Wednesday night (Nov. 19),where she shone with a rendition of “Man I need.”

Olivia Dean is experiencing significant success with her album *the Art of Loving*, achieving the No. 1 spot on the Australian ARIA charts and making waves in the United States.

During an interview with ARIA‘s co-host Concetta caristo, Dean described her life as “a bit mental,” but expressed enjoyment. She called reaching No. 1 in both Australia and her home country a “very surreal” experience, stating, “that album is such a piece of my heart and for it to be received so warmly is realy crazy, so thank you everybody.”

The album’s success extends to the U.S.,where Dean currently ranks in the top five of both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Billboard 200 (charts dated Nov. 22). Her momentum is expected to continue following her debut performance on *Saturday Night Live*, with Billboard reporting a surge in streams and sales after the appearance.

The ARIA awards were part of a larger tour for Dean, including a special outdoor show on November 20th at fleet Steps, produced by Handsome Tours and Laneway Presents.
