OncoTIM Webinar: Prevention as an Investment in Quality of Life

Table of Contents

OncoTIM continues its series of webinars dedicated to medical education and interdisciplinary dialog with a new edition addressing an essential topic for public health: prevention, viewed from a modern viewpoint.

The webinar, titled “prevention as an investment in the quality of life, not just in avoiding the disease”, will take place on January 22, 2026, at 15:00 on Zoom.

For a long time, prevention was understood almost exclusively as a means of discovering disease in time. Now,modern medicine views prevention as a broader process:

  • an investment in energy and autonomy,
  • in the quality of sleep, relationships, and emotional state,
  • in the ability to remain active, functional, and confident in oneS own body.

The OncoTIM webinar proposes an open conversation, applied and accessible to the general public, but also useful to doctors and specialists who work with patients at oncological risk.
