Oppo Find X10 Global Launch Confirmed for Mallorca

Oppo has confirmed that the Oppo Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max will make their global debut on October 21 at an event in Mallorca, Spain, according to PhoneArena. The announcement follows the initial release of the smartphone series in China last month. International buyers face a stark contrast between Chinese pricing and expected European costs, with French pricing leaks suggesting substantial price hikes driven by rising component costs, according to Android Authority.

The global rollout brings Oppo’s newest flagship imaging technology outside of China nearly a month after its domestic launch, according to The Verge. Pete Lau, SVP and Chief Product Officer at Oppo, stated that the Find X Series reflects a relentless pursuit of exceptional mobile imaging.

Global models feature different hardware and batteries

The global models feature distinct hardware specifications depending on the region. The standard Oppo Find X10 sports a 6.59-inch display, runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9600M chipset, and packs dual 200MP rear cameras alongside a 50MP ultrawide unit, GSMArena reported.

Battery capacities differ between markets. While Chinese variants house an 8,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, European versions of both the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max will ship with 7,150mAh batteries, GSMArena and USA Today noted. Both configurations support up to two days of typical use on a single charge.

European prices rise due to AI demand

Retail pricing in Europe is projected to climb significantly compared to previous generations. Dealabs data cited by Android Authority indicates that the Find X10 Pro Max will cost €1,799 in France, while the standard Find X10 with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage will cost €1,499. Android Authority noted that the base Find X10 price represents a €500 increase over last year’s equivalent configuration, attributing the surge to rising RAM and storage prices driven by growing AI-related demand.

To offset the high price tags, Oppo plans to offer launch promotions in Europe. The Find X10 will reportedly receive a €150 discount, and the Pro Max will see a €200 reduction, lowering their respective prices to €1,349 and €1,599, according to Android Authority. Early buyers may also choose between a free teleconverter kit, an Oppo Pad 5, or a Watch X3.
