The Central City Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a man allegedly engaging in a sexual act with a deceased deer on Phillips Stone Way.

According to authorities, the 911 call came in at 7:01 p.m. On February 21st. The caller provided a description of the individual, which police used to locate a suspect matching that description at the scene.
Police stated that the suspect, identified as Allen Osborne, had blood from the deer on his hands and other evidence indicating contact with the animal . Osborne was subsequently arrested and taken to the Muhlenberg County Jail.
